DIRECTIONS TO DELAVAN ART GALLERY
From the East (Utica):
Take
I-690 west bound into Syracuse and exit at West St. (just past
the north
bound exit to I-81). As you curve around to the left
you must get over two lanes to the right before coming up to the
stoplight. At the stoplight turn right onto W. Fayette St., go under
the railroad overpass and as you come up again you will see ahead
on your left a four story beige brick building with a red sloping
roof. That’s us. Go past Wyoming St. and then turn left into
the parking area of Delavan Center, park, and enter the 501 entrance
where the gallery is located*.
From the South (Ithaca, Binghamton):
Take
I-81 northbound into Syracuse and exit at the 690 West bound exit
on your right
(It’s about 1/3 mile past the Harrison
St exit). This enters I-690 on the left side, and you have ¼ mile
to cross two lanes and exit I-690 on the right (West St.). As you
curve around to the left on West St. you must get over two more
lanes to the right before coming up to the stoplight. At the stoplight
turn right onto W. Fayette St., go under the railroad overpass and
as you come up again you will see ahead on your left a four story
beige brick building with a red sloping roof. That’s us. Go
past Wyoming St. and then turn left into the parking area of Delavan
Center, park, and enter the 501 entrance where the gallery is located*.
From the West (Rochester):
Take
I-690 east bound into Syracuse and exit at West Street (Exit 11).
It’s about ¼ mile past the Bear St. exit). Stay
in the right hand lane of West St. and go up to the stoplight. At
the stoplight turn right onto W. Fayette St., go under the railroad
overpass and as you come up again you will see ahead on your left
a four story beige brick building with a red sloping roof. That’s
us. Go past Wyoming St. and then turn left into the parking area
of Delavan Center, park, and enter the 501 entrance where the gallery
is located*.
From the North (Oswego):
Take
I-81 south bound to EXIT 20 (WEST ST.) (It’s 0.5 mile
past the SPENCER/Catawba St. exit). You will enter a road, which
goes over I-81 from Butternut St. Bear right and go down a short
ramp, cross over and go up the ramp to West St. Get over one lane
to the right and go to the stoplight. At the stoplight turn right
onto W. Fayette St., go under the railroad overpass and as you come
up again you will see ahead on your left a four story beige brick
building with a red sloping roof. That’s us. Go past Wyoming
St. and then turn left into the parking area of Delavan Center,
park, and enter the 501 entrance where the gallery is located*.
